    An atomic bomb in a world of grenades, Ash Beck’s diverse talents have influenced design +pop culture on an international level. His buzz-worthy career in visual effects and design is fueled by his relentless search for artistic expression and perfection.

    He is the only visual effects artist to have two associated works in the permanent collection of New York’s Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) for Madonna’s Bedtimestories and Nine Inch Nails Closer.

    Beck’s photographs of celebrity talent have graced billboards in New York’s TimesSquare. His fine art photography is part of the collections at the RAND Corporation and Sony/BMG Music. Ash is viewed more as a true artist/visualist who continues to forge fresh new styles with his own distinct creative flair in virtually every type of media.

    His commercial and music video work has received numerous awards which include five Clio Awards, an MVPA Award, two associated Grammy Awards two MTV MVA nominations, a CMT Flame-Worthy Award, a BDA Award and national awards for innovative package design. He has directed tv commercials for HBO, DirecTV, Hyundai, Coke, Calloway, and Micro-Strategy (2000 Superbowl).

    Ash has designed for Nike, Apple, Anheuser Busch, ESPN, FOX, FOX Sports, ABC, NBC, CBS, Universal, Disney and Warner Brothers, as well as visual effects designed for Auto-Trader, Chevy, Dell, Lincoln and Buick. Beck’s creative studio NERVE has offices in both Hermosa Beach and Mexico City, where he continues his work as director, writer and visual effects artist/supervisor.
